Golf International La Baule

Just a few kilometres from the Atlantic, the Golf International Barriere La
Baule extends over more than 220 hectares along the edges of the Briere Regional
Park.... Discover the technical difficulties of these 3 courses and really live your
passion in a unique, unspoilt environment. The Golf International Barriere
La Baule was designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas in 1976 with modifications
by Michel Gayon in 1994 and 2000.

La Bretesche

Golf de la Bretesche lies in a stunning sea of greens ! Designed by CK
Cotton in 1967 in the magnificent forest of la Bretesche, the course offers
superb views of the Chateau and lake. This is a good course in an
exceptional setting and is worth playing just for the views - see picture. |
Carquefou

Only 15 minutes from Nantes centre, this undulating woodland course is
supplemented with a number of lakes and ponds. Designed by Martin Hawtree
on le Chateau de L'Epinay grounds, this is a technical and varied course
suitable for all levels of golfer.

Croisic

This 9 hole course follows the coastline of the Pointe de Croisic and has the
feel of a Scottish Links course, following the natural lie of the land between
the rocky coast and the sea.

Nantes

This parkland course was designed by an English architect, Frank Pennink.
It lies within woodland covering 56 hectares and has a relatively high level of
difficulty (Slope 139).

Nantes-Erdre

This 18 hole course designed by Yves Bureau is set in an attractive landscape
of lakes, fruit trees and mature parkland. It is just 15 minutes from
Nantes centre and offers some exceptional views.

Pornic

A demanding course (Slope 144) with a blend of inland
parkland and wide-open links-style holes all within easy reach of the pretty
seaside town of Pornic. |
Savenay

|
A serious test of golf (Slope 141) awaits at Savenay in pretty surrounds
comprising mature chestnut groves and water features.

St Jean de Monts

|
Styled on traditional Scottish links golf, this course
provides plenty of variety and, with its sandy sub-soil the course is generally
in good condition. The early holes wind through a natural pine forest and
the latter take you close to the beach with views of the Atlantic and the Ile
d'Yeu. |
