Ground Floor

The large entrance hall leads to a sunken, open plan family room with satellite TV, video and CD player.  The open plan feel continues into the spacious kitchen / diner, which is equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave.  There is also a laundry room with washer / dryer and plenty of storage space.

Both the family room and the kitchen / diner have large French doors offering access to the garden and magnificent views of the golf course.

Also on the ground floor is a more formal snug / sitting room with working open fire, the 5th double bedroom, a games room, and shower room / WC.  There are children's toys and a portable TV / video in the games room, along with some popular children's videos.  It also contains a double sofa-bed and can be used as a 6th bedroom if needed.

First Floor

There are four double bedrooms upstairs.  Two have en-suite bathrooms and balconies overlooking the golf course.  The other two bedrooms are generously proportioned twins and there is a further family-sized bathroom.

The house has a double garage and plenty of private parking.  It is serviced by under-floor heating throughout and has been beautifully furnished in a comfortable and modern French style by its English owners.

All linen and towels are provided (except for pool towels) and various levels of cleaning services are available on request.  A travel cot and high chair are also available at the house.
